HIATUS & DROPS & CANON UPDATE

Hiatus

Players only need to declare a hiatus if they are going to be absent from the game for longer than two weeks. A hiatused character will be excused from AC but will still be required to comment to the activity post (via a proxy if necessary). Characters may either go on auto-pilot or fall asleep, locked in their hotel room, for the duration of the hiatus. In order to take a hiatus, please fill out the text below and comment to this page:

Drops

Dropped characters are ICly winners of a lottery held by the Queen of Hearts, who sends them home with no memory of Wonderland — at least, that's what hotel staff will tell any oyster who asks after a missing friend. Canon Updates

Canon updates operate similarly to the drop mechanic: ICly, characters are selected randomly by lottery to be sent home. Their memories are erased, they return to canon no more than five minutes after they were initially taken, and they experience the events of their canon update as normal. Then, they are lured back to the mirror by Agent White and brought back to Wonderland, where their memories of their time in the hotel slowly return over the course of as little as an hour and as long as a full day. Characters will be absent from the hotel anywhere from 1-3 IC days.

His feelings for Wei Wuxian is much deeper, more realized, and self-aware, and his bond to him is more grounded and focused

I apologize if this is too late! I was still hoping I would manage to get the AC in time to make it for this month, but life got pretty crazy and I'm positive I don't have enough activity.

I have the last stretch of intense classes to conquer and a number of other RL things that won't leave much time or brain power for new game events.
